This session is a practical first meeting. We come back to the here and now, assess your situation, and explore what kind of practice would genuinely support you — without pressure or obligation.

You are guided personally and clearly, whether you are new to meditation or already experienced.

Online or in-person?

Intro sessions are booked online by default for clarity, flexibility, and reliable scheduling.

If you prefer an in-person intro session (Brussels or Vught), this can be requested separately after your online session or via Intro Session — 1:1 In Person.
